Situated above the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach, one of only eight beaches in Cornwall to be Blue Flag accredited, the house has been finished to an exceptionally high standard throughout. 

From the front of the house you can enjoy wonderful views over Carbis Bay to the Harbour of St Ives and beyond.The walk down to the beach takes about 5 minutes (a bitter longer coming back}and the magnificent sands at Porthkidney are but a short walk along the coastal path in the opposite direction.
